MicroMass President Chosen to Judge Fourth Annual MM&M Awards

CARY, N.C., July 16, 2007 — MicroMass President Jay Bigelow traveled to New York on July 16 where he was chosen by Medical Marketing & Media magazine (MM&M) to judge its Fourth Annual MM&M Awards. Bigelow and 47 of his peers, representing the industry's finest, were charged with evaluating more than 700 submissions. Bigelow sat on a committee that judged the Best Healthcare Web site and Best Use of Interactive Media categories.

The MM&M awards are presented to those who strive for excellence in different areas of marketing. Its annual awards program recognizes creativity and effectiveness in healthcare communications. Since its inception in 2004, the MM&M Awards have grown to be one of the industry's more prestigious awards programs.

“It was a great opportunity to join my peers in reviewing some of the best work in pharma marketing today,” said Bigelow. “The session sparked great dialogue about what work is making a true impact. The industry should be excited about what is currently out there and, based on what I have seen, what is on the horizon.”

Bigelow understands the level of performance that is expected having brought home the silver award for Best Use of Direct Marketing to Consumers in the 2006 MM&M Awards. MicroMass received the recognition for its relationship marketing campaign for a leading hypertension brand franchise, in which it provided comprehensive patient support communications and tools to engage, support and motivate consumers' health behaviors.

Winners will be announced Nov. 1 at the awards ceremony in New York. MM&M is a leading publication that serves the healthcare marketing community.
