MicroMass Expands Northeast Office with Appointment of Jacqueline Miller to VP, Group Account Director

Cary, N.C., February 14, 2008 - MicroMass Communications, Inc., a leader in behavioral science-based relationship marketing, has appointed Jacqueline Miller to the position of vice president, group account director. She will manage relationship marketing initiatives for a portfolio of cardiovascular products, operating out of MicroMass' expanded office in Morristown, N.J. She reports to John Grunstein, senior vice president, account group director.

Miller brings more than 16 years of diverse business experience to her new position, representing significant client-side knowledge as well as agency experience. Before joining MicroMass, she worked eight years with Citibank in New York, where as vice president she most recently directed marketing communications related to the development, branding and promotion of credit card products targeting high net worth customers. This included managing relationships with cardmembers as well as with an extensive network of external partners.

Prior to joining Citibank, Miller worked at Ogilvy One Worldwide in New York, where she supervised several large telecom and financial services accounts. She also worked in the Manhattan offices of other national ad agencies, including FCB Direct (now Draftfcb), Wunderman, and Katz Communications (now Katz Media Group).

Miller earned a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from Fordham University, New York, in 1999. She was awarded a Bachelor of Science in advertising from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University in 1991.
