Cary, N.C., July 2, 2008 - MicroMass Communications, Inc., a leader in behavioral science-based relationship marketing, is ranked one of the nation's top 60 healthcare firms in Medical Marketing & Media's annual "Agency Issue" review, published this month.
The rankings, based on estimated revenue for 2007, place MicroMass among some of the largest advertising powerhouses in the country and underscore the value of the agency's unique services. MicroMass specializes in applying behavioral science - the study of how individuals make decisions, communicate and act - to the development of relationship marketing campaigns that build strong, influential bonds between customers and brands.
"This is what sets us apart from other agencies and fuels our success," said Jay Bigelow, president of MicroMass. "Teaming trained behaviorists with seasoned strategists, creatives, account managers and a full digital staff gives us unrivalled capabilities in generating true engagement with customers."
The agency's financial growth is linked to its parallel growth in accounts, physical space and staff. MicroMass won seven new assignments in 2007 and added UCB Pharma, Merck and Auxilium Pharmaceuticals to its roster of clients. The company also doubled the size of its headquarters in Cary, N.C., and opened a new "pharma corridor" office in Morristown, N.J. Strategic new hires, including key senior-level additions to its leadership team, have strengthened the agency's human capital and positioned MicroMass for continued growth and expansion.
