MicroMass builds a bond between customers and brands by building relationships. We engage more personally than traditional mass marketing and through this engagement, we shift attitudes and change behavior.

To do this effectively, there are some things we do better than other agencies. Then there are things we do that other agencies don't do at all. These are what we call our unique service offerings, a bland term for some pretty interesting things.

Behavioral Services
For instance, we have behaviorists on staff whose insights help develop strategy.
