Account Director

Responsibilities:

Relocation to Raleigh, NC area required
  • Day-to-day management of assigned accounts and MicroMass Communications account team
  • Collaborate with clients on strategic and tactical planning
  • Maintain and build successful relationships between MicroMass and key pharmaceutical clients
  • Identify and expand relationship with new revenue opportunities in assigned account
  • Review brand marketing plans and assess opportunities to integrate MicroMass' relationship-marketing solutions within overall brand strategies to enhance brand value

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 7 years of experience managing pharmaceutical marketing accounts
  • Database marketing knowledge, both front-end and back-end from an account management experience
  • Leadership requirements: ideal candidate needs to be comfortable leading a diverse team, including other account staff, project managers, creative, and technology personnel of varying levels of seniority
  • Detail and process-oriented, excellent communication skills with a strong sense of how work flows through an agency
  • Utilization of the team and agency processes to ensure the highest quality and timely delivery of work to "end user"
  • Decision-making ability that will include assessing priorities, impact on timeliness, etc
  • Prior experience in working collaboratively with team members residing in different locations

Account Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Relocation to Raleigh, NC area required In this high-profile role, the individual will interface directly with clients and MicroMass communications staff to design and optimize client solutions. Candidate must be a self-motivated team player who has excellent oral and written communication skills. Account management experience within a pharmaceutical advertising agency is preferred as well as ability to direct a diverse team of professionals to develop a well thought-out, strategically driven program.

Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will love data analysis and have an innate sense of wonder and passion for exploring and learning.  The candidate will work cross-departments, collaborating with database administrators, project managers, and account team members to provide actionable insights.   • Identify success factors, determine data collection needs, and establish KPIs for new and ongoing marketing initiatives Analyze and interpret data from multiple marketing tactics (e.g., CRM, websites, SEO/SEM)

Responsibilities:

Summary The editor performs copy editing, data verifying, and proofreading of promotional, digital, and medical communications materials. Additional responsibilities include initiating and managing copyright permission requests and providing general editorial assistance as needed.
