Bonnie Overton Recognized as PharmaVOICE 100
A North Star of Creativity
Group Associate Creative Director, Bonnie Overton, was recognized as a PharmaVOICE 100 recipient. She was one of only three creatives that received this honor.
“Bonnie’s behavior-change approach to creative ideation helps produce results that are one-of-a-kind solutions that improve patient outcomes and helps clients differentiate their brands, which is just one of the reasons she was named to the PharmaVOICE 100,” says Taren Grom, editor of PharmaVOICE.
“Her passion for patients as well as her desire to make sure her team members have the best careers they can are two other ways this creative executive is positively impacting not just her company but the industry at large.”
Innovation is not an end goal for Bonnie. It’s just her way. She encourages her team—and her clients—to go beyond expectations and make an impact. Simply, Bonnie pushes everyone to be their best self, their most creative.
Bonnie’s our guide, our North Star. Even when it’s tough, Bonnie is always positive. She cares about MicroMass and her team. She provides her team with all the resources and support they need to achieve their objective and own the solution.
Bonnie empowers, motivates, and inspires.
And we follow her lead.
Established 15 years ago by PharmaVOICE magazine, the PharmaVOICE 100 is an annual list of inspiring individuals recognized for their positive contributions to the life-sciences industry. These individuals illustrate what it means to think bigger, do more, and lead with passion and integrity.
The distinguished honorees are nominated by thousands of PharmaVOICE readers throughout the year and are selected based on well-crafted and comprehensive essays describing how they have inspired or motivated their colleagues, peers, and even competitors; have affected positive changes in their own organizations; as well as other factors, such as community and philanthropic activities.
Bonnie and the other honorees will be honored on September 12th at a gala ceremony in New York City.
The PharmaVOICE 100 honorees represent a broad cross-section of industry sectors, including pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, contract research, clinical trial, research and development, patient education, patient recruitment, advertising, marketing, technology, training, mentoring, and many others.
Every year, individuals of all ages, from all different types of companies, market sectors, and walks of life are celebrated for their contributions to their colleagues, companies, communities, and industries. What they have in common is their unique ability to inspire and motivate others. They view industry challenges as opportunities.
They are passionate in their pursuit of excellence. They are innovative, pioneering new paths. They are creative. They are mentors and talent managers. They are leaders in their field. In short, they make a difference.
Bonnie is the 6th MicroMass employee to be honored as a PharmaVOICE 100.
She joins Phil Mann, Amber Eaton, Jessica Brueggeman, Rob Peters, and Alyson Connor.
