#FtheList Recognized as MM&M Awards Finalist

#FtheList, a social media campaign designed to bring awareness to self-care, was shortlisted as a finalist for the MM&M Awards. The MM&M Awards is celebrating it’s 17th year of recognizing healthcare marketing and media this is the most creative and effective in the industry. Winners will be announced on October 8, 2020 in a virtual experience. In addition, #FtheList will be profiled in the August print edition of MM&M.

#FtheList, a campaign to raise the awareness of the importance of self-care. Our goal was to encourage people to share how they are finding time to incorporate self-care into their busy day. In order to get the message across, we incorporated humor, bold imagery, and videos to produce stopping power across various social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Introducing #FtheList

The to-do list can wait. Self-care comes first. We never put ourselves first. We take care of everyone and everything else. We are preoccupied with our to-do list, the next task, and the things that never seem to get done.

Self-care produces positive feelings, which improves confidence and self-esteem. Self-care is essential to our mental health and wellness and it should be a focus for everyone, especially those who are dealing with a chronic condition.

Every entry is judged by an independent panel of seasoned industry experts, who critique it against the best submissions out there, both in online and live stages. To be eligible, entries must represent work that ran between April 11, 2019 and April 9, 2020.
