MicroMass' Client, Jennifer Thomas, Wins Marketer of the Year

NEW YORK, NY (September 23, 2016) — Jennifer Thomas of Janssen Biotech, Inc. won Marketer of the Year at the PM360 Trailblazer Awards held in New York City on Friday night.

Thomas recognized the urgency to take into account the whole patient experience of patients with multiple myeloma by addressing their clinical and psychosocial needs. The solution provides evidence-based health psychology training and tools to a nurse educator field team. Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Techniques are proven strategies that are designed to help patients cope and reduce anxiety, fatigue, and depression.

Thomas was judged on her leadership, skill, dedication, impact, and overall effectiveness of her work. Earlier this year, Thomas was a finalist in the Customer Innovator category from the Eye for Pharma Philadelphia Awards.

The 8th annual PM360 Trailblazer Awards honors the most influential innovators of the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. The awards are presented to outstanding companies, marketers, and brand managers representing the best that the industry has to offer.

Each year, the Trailblazer Awards Gala has more attendees from the pharmaceutical industry than any other industry event. The event was held at Gotham Hall in New York City.
