MicroMass Named Manny Award Finalist
#FtheList, a social media campaign developed by MicroMass, was shortlisted as a finalist for the Manny Awards.
#FtheList was a disruptive campaign that was designed to encourage people to share how they are finding time to incorporate self-care into their busy day. The campaign would emphasize the importance of self-care and drive engagement. Because behavior change does not have to be unattainable. It can be simple, vulnerable, disruptive, and funny. It can be real.
At MicroMass, we put our patients first. We use evidence-based techniques to personalize and identify what they need. Then we teach behavioral skills, like self-care, that benefits their health and wellness.
With this in mind, we created #FtheList, a campaign to raise the awareness of the importance of self-care. Our goal was to encourage people to share how they are finding time to incorporate self-care into their busy day. In order to get the message across, we incorporated humor, bold imagery, and videos to produce stopping power across various social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
The to-do list can wait. Self-care comes first.
We never put ourselves first. We take care of everyone and everything else. We are preoccupied with our to-do list, the next task, and the things that never seem to get done.
Self-care produces positive feelings, which improves confidence and self-esteem. Self-care is essential to our mental health and wellness and it should be a focus for everyone, especially those who are dealing with a chronic condition.
This year marks the 31st year of the Manny Awards which honors the best in healthcare advertising and communications. The awards ceremony will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2020.
#FtheList has been recognized for 4 Industry Awards
