MicroMass Presents Workshop at Patient Summit Europe

Jessica Brueggeman, EVP, Health Behavior Group at MicroMass and Jo Fearnhead-Wymbs, Patient Engagement Director at Ashfield Healthcare Communications facilitated the workshop, Applying Behavioral Science: The Key to Improving Patient Outcomes and Brand Performance. The seminar objectives included:

  • Illustrating how behavioral science can provide a roadmap to improving patient outcomes and commercial objectives
  • Demonstrating the difference between traditional patient support tactics vs tactics that incorporate evidence-based behavior change strategies
The workshop encouraged participants to evaluate existing suboptimal and optimal pharmaceutical patient communications. This is the 14th annual Patient Summit Europe.
