MM&M Awards Recap
With more than 900 pharma professionals in attendance at the MM&M Awards in New York City, MicroMass certainly had a great showing. The agency was recognized as a finalist in the Relationship Marketing category, was an event sponsor, and launched the social media campaign, #FtheList.

The KEY+YOU Patient Support Program was recognized as a finalist in the Best Use of Relationship Marketing category. KEY+YOU is designed to guide patients and their caregivers through treatment by providing interactive exercises and resources to help guide them manage the practical and emotional challenges they are facing.
This category included marketing initiatives, from traditional direct marketing to sophisticated adherence programs that excel in engagement, especially in use of database and CRM strategy, in an individual medium or working across platforms and targeting any healthcare stakeholder audience.
Unfortunately, KEY+YOU was not selected as either the Silver or Gold winner. However, it’s an amazing accomplishment to be recognized as one of the year’s best in the pharma industry. This is the 3rd major award recognition for KEY+YOU.

MicroMass #FtheList Campaign#
FtheList is a social media campaign to raise awareness of the importance of self-care. As individuals, we never put ourselves first. We take care of everyone and everything else. We are preoccupied with our to-do list, the next task, and the things that never seem to get done. The #FtheList campaign is an opportunity to put your to-do list aside and find time to practice self-care.
The to-do list can wait. Self-care comes first.
When you practice self-care, you are saying that I MATTER. This is a mindset that helps your relationships, your employment, and your health. #FtheList was a humorous reminder to remind you to always put yourself first. The campaign was featured on MicroMass and MM&M social media channels including Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. The campaign was promoted the day before, the day of, and the day after the MM&M Awards. In addition, the MicroMass team passed out #FtheList Self-Care Swag Bags at the event. These giveaways were stuffed with a stress ball, fidget spinner (and bottle opener), Self-care tips, spa mask, and a pen.

With the backdrop of perhaps the biggest award event of the year and our finalist recognition, MicroMass was also an MM&M awards sponsor. This sponsorship included MicroMass branding leading up and throughout the event, an announcement of a category winner (Professional Print Campaign), and #FtheList social campaign (table tents, banner bug, #FtheList Self-Care Swag Bags).

The MM&M Awards represents the very best in healthcare marketing and advertising as determined by the pharma community. The MM&M Awards is celebrating it’s 16th year and is designed to recognize and champion creative, effective healthcare marketing and communications. The finalists and winners were chosen by a panel of over 70 judges in healthcare marketing, publishing, and service industries. The event was held at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City.
