MicroMass' Client, Jennifer Thomas, Featured in PM360

Jennifer Thomas of Janssen Biotech, Inc. was featured in the October issue of PM360 magazine. In September, Thomas was named Marketer of the Year.

Thomas recognized the urgency to take into account the whole patient experience of patients with multiple myeloma by addressing their clinical and psychosocial needs. The solution provides evidence-based health psychology training and tools for nurse educator field teams. Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Techniques are proven strategies that are designed to help patients cope and reduce anxiety, fatigue, and depression.

Thomas was judged on her leadership, skill, dedication, impact, and overall effectiveness of her work. Earlier this year, Thomas was a finalist in the Customer Innovator category from the Eye for Pharma Philadelphia Awards.
